Using the Encore Care Portal

Have you experienced the convenience of Encore Care’s Portal yet? Last year Encore launched the Encore Care Portal, providing our valued customers with convenient, self-serve visibility to support tickets 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Support tickets can be complicated to navigate, but using the Encore Care Portal provides clients complete control over the ticketing process. Clients can easily log tickets, review and respond to ticket communication, track ticket progress and close/cancel tickets. Users of the Portal can also review previous tickets and reference prior problems and solutions.

Encore Care’s Portal Access

All customers on our Unlimited and OnDemand Care programs have access to the Portal.

  • Unlimited Care customers are provided 5 complimentary users, one of which may be assigned “super user” status.
  • OnDemand Care customers are provided one complimentary “super user”.

A “super user” can access all tickets for all users for your company.
